I have a multicam.

I put the multicam in a sequence and cut it down for the editor.

Can the editor then put my cutdown sequence into the source monitor and see all the angles.

I can't get this to work.

Answer:

Just tried your workflow, and I don't see a way to do that – the option is greyed out in the wrench menu, and “enabling” Multicam in the source monitor just sticks the edit in one spot in the multicam grid.

Your editor is going to have to deal with reviewing the cutdown sequence in the Program monitor if they want to see the different angles.
