trying to export gameplay video stopping due to error

I'm completely new to Premiere and a search on Google quickly overwhelmed me.

Would anyone know how to go about fixing this? Being willing to spoon feed me on this would be spectacular.

I spent almost 20 hours shooting the video clips and then half of today editing, so I'm super bummed about this.

By chance, is your sequence is named “E” and you're exporting as an mp4?

And are you exporting to the same location as your source file, which is named “E.mp4”?
